What we have done to make this site and the clinic usable for everyone, and how to tell us if something does not work.
This statement covers the public website of The Red Door Clinic and what we can currently say about getting into the clinic at 41, Triq Franġisk Żahra, Mellieħa. It was prepared with the pages published in this build. [[CONFIRM: date of the last formal accessibility audit]].
COMMITMENT
We want patients to book, read prices and find the team without a barrier we could have removed. The target for this website is WCAG 2.2 level AA. If something blocks you, contact us and we will help by phone or WhatsApp and fix the page where we can.
THE WEBSITE
Pages use one heading level one, real links, visible focus, a skip link, and text that is text rather than an image of text. Colour contrast follows the clinic palette: dark ink on white, white on the red door colour, and a dark header with bright menu text. Forms have labels. The only button is the contact form submit. Everything else is a link, so it works with the keyboard and without JavaScript.
We review keyboard order, link names, form errors and heading order as pages are added. [[CONFIRM: assistive-technology testing with screen readers, and any known failures still open]]. We do not claim a third-party audit until one has been completed and recorded.
THE BUILDING
