Frequently asked questions

How soon will you reply?

We aim to reply within one working day. The clinic is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so a Friday afternoon message may be answered on Monday.

Can I book without using the form?

Yes. Call 2152 4199 or WhatsApp 7924 1880. The form is for people who prefer to write the details down first.

Do I need to choose a treatment before I write?

No. Describe what hurts or what you want to get back to. The team can suggest a starting point. An enquiry is not a diagnosis.

LET’S FIND YOUR NEXT STEP

Your next chapter starts with a conversation.

Tell us what hurts, what has changed, or what you want to get back to.
